Mission First Equity was founded on the principle to aid in stewarding community through purposeful investing.

We utilize the benefits of multifamily real estate to make an impact locally and allow our investors to achieve financial freedom. Our conservative investment criteria is designed to reduce risk and achieve strong returns. We target properties in emerging markets with significant opportunities for improvements via operational enhancements, market repositioning or redevelopment. These properties underperform for their market area, allowing us to maximize opportunity to provide strong returns.
